A message from the Principal

 Schuylkill Haven Elementary Families:

I’m extremely excited and thankful for this new opportunity to lead, collaborate, and cooperate in a district that so strongly emphasizes student academic success, personal success, and school pride!  During my 13-year educational career as both teacher and administrator, I’ve noticed that success happens when you not only believe in the purpose of what you are attempting to achieve, but also have others striving to accomplish great things together.     It’s obvious and encouraging to see that a teamwork approach strongly promoting school pride has already been well established, and I look forward to helping continue and help build upon these achievements.

In education, I believe that great effort must be given to assure that EVERY child is offered the appropriate resources, challenges, and opportunities to grow as a learner.  We know that no two learners’ needs are identical.  It is my goal to work with ALL stakeholders: administrators, teachers, parents, and especially students to assure that the Schuylkill Haven Elementary Center offers the best personalized educational experience, regardless of interest or ability level.

As we continue to work with all families to promote student success, I ask that you do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at 570-385-6731, or [email protected].
